Responsibilities:
- Check Petty Cash slips, cash advance slips, cash reconciliation slips and receipts to make sure they have proper signatures
- Reconcile Petty Cash by logging onto TD Bank Website
- Prepare Journal Entry for Petty Cash line items
- Enter cash and checks on deposit cover sheets for the operating account
- Setup new debit cards and accounts for programs
- Prepare and post cash receipts daily
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience;
- Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Non-profit experience, preferred;
- Valid Driver's License.
