Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities:
- Basic data entry A/P and A/R
- Perform journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of balance sheets A/P and A/R
- A/R Collection

- Prepare vendors payments

Skills:
- Basic knowledge of financial services and principles
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
