Accounting Clerk Needed At Bowser In Chippewa

owser Hyundai of Chippewa is seeking an Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting duties following established principles and procedures. The Accounting Clerk will maintain a positive working relationship with sales consultants and finance managers while maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all organizational matters.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Utilize CDK accounting software as well as Microsoft office software to perform accounting functions and create spreadsheets, graphs, and other correspondence.
• Answer all calls coming into dealership
• Post and ensure accuracy of new and used car sales
• Process receipts of trade drivers expense accounts
• Approve and submit trade drivers' hours to payroll
• Post after sales products
• Process warranties
• Reconcile and post parts statements
• Process Hyundai incentives
• Maintain petty cash
• File and maintain records for required period of time.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in accounting principles and procedures
• Strong mathematical ability
• Knowledge of Microsoft office
• Prior experience in accounting software; experience in CDK software a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
