The Accounting Clerk will report to the Accounting Director and support a small team specifically with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting administrative duties. This position sits onsite in Doylestown, with the chance of working a few days remote upon being fully trained.
Compensation: $18-21/hour
Responsibilities:
- Review invoices and input into electronic system
- Match invoices and process for electronic payment
- Review invoices for discrepancies
- Post all receipts into accounting system
- Process expenses and audit expense reports
- Communicate with vendors as needed
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on open PO's
- Process travel requests
- Perform additional ad-hoc administrative duties
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Exposure and knowledge of accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail
- Technically skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
