Plus Credit Union is seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

**Credit Union / Banking experience a plus.**

Responsibilities and Duties

• Member Service
• Represents the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner. Adheres to concepts and expectations as outlined in the SERVICE philosophy
• Mange department responsibilities including, but not limited to: Balance Teller data, Check processing to Federal Reserve. GL entries (prepare, identify adjustments to be posted). Federal Reserve Check Clearing, Daily GL balance, process and reconcile ACH deposits and withdrawals, deposit returns, share drafts and money orders
• Responsible for upkeep and record retention for archived material
• Posts received vacation payroll documents and prepares appropriate documents to support transactions
• Records all IRA payments and withdrawals. Responsible for tax reporting and reconciliation.
• Process all Visa related tasks within the department including day to day maintenance, as well as monthly reports.
• Responsible for error research and reconciliation.
• Accounts receivable and special projects, as needed.
• Directly supervises 1-3 employees in the absence of department management .
• Responsible for directing the day to day operations of the department such as job assignments, follow up and coaching.
• Responsible for completing Currency Transaction Reports, monitoring for and reporting suspicious activity, and completing annual training related to the Bank Secrecy Act.
• Other duties may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
