CV Resources has partnered with a very stable company located in the Eastlake neighborhood (literally, right on the water) of Seattle searching for a Accounting Specialist to join their team immediately!
Responsibilities
- Reconcile AP aging reports
- Code and process AP invoices
- Maintain vendor files
- Prepare weekly checks
- Asist with Journal entries, payroll, and AR as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field referred (years of experience is also accepted!)
- QuickBooks or any ERP software is preferred
- Great communication skills! We are looking for a people person!
- Early hours, 6am-2pm
