Billing Clerk

Northwest Steel & Pipe is a full service structural steel distributor that has been servicing the northwest for over 70 years. We are a family-owned and operated business and we are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team.

We are a drug free company. This includes pre-employment and random drug tests (including marijuana). The pre-employment drug test is a rapid test that tests for active THC.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Billing Clerk. The focus of this position is invoicing and billing support. This position has the potential for advancement to lead Billing Clerk. The job will also include helping with general office work. Candidates must be well organized and exhibit strong basic math skills.

As a Billing Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing sales orders for invoicing

2. Calculating labor and material cost

3. Posting inventory and updating prices

4. Other general office duties as needed

This is a full-time position. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM. We are closed most major holidays and no nights or weekends are required.

Compensation includes:

Salary of $23.00/hour paid weekly
