Accounting Clerk

SUMMARY
This accounting position primarily focuses on managing car deal payables and handling products cancellation and associated payables within the automotive dealership context.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Processing customer cancellation, including occasional customer contact.
• Ensuring timely processing of customer product purchases.
• Demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Daily posting of Account Payable invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with general accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Strong work ethic with regular, dependable attendance.
• Enthusiasm and reliability, with a positive "team player" attitude.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
