Responsibilities-

• Execute routine billing support tasks, including bill entry and cash allocation in the billing system.
• Create and manage billing templates efficiently.
• Utilize intermediate Excel skills, employing Excel-based formulas for data analysis to generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate with team members to provide analytical support, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
• Undertake various responsibilities as required, such as regular audits of billing entries and implementing quality assurance measures in billing processes to minimize errors and discrepancies, maintaining the integrity of financial records and compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency with knowledge of Excel-based formulas.
• Familiarity with diverse concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
• Ability to rely on experience and judgment to achieve goals.
• Perform a variety of tasks efficiently.
