We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute payments, and interact with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate correctness of all loads during the billing process
- Review and approve all driver payments, check requests, expenses and enter reimbursements
- Respond time to customer emails and phone calls
- Other duties as required
- Hours required are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience in data entry a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Fluent in English. Polish fluency (written and oral) preferred.
