Accounting Clerk.

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide administrative duties as well as customer support. The accounts receivable candidate will process incoming payments, verify and post receipts. The qualified candidate must live currently in Charleston, SC.

• General Administrative such as answering phones and ordering supplies
• Help manage registrations on vehicles
• Excellent communication when speak with customers
• Manage weekly AR reports and reconcile ledgers
• Make calls on overdue payments
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with guidelines
• Post and record daily accounts receivables' data
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Investigate discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Data entry skills
• Hands on experience with spreadsheets
• Customer service and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and knack for numbers
• Degree/certification and relevant work experience
• Resume required
• Subject to credit and background check
