Billing Specialist – $25/hr

What will you be doing?
- Perform monthly business audits on sold case product and pricing accuracy producer contracting, and billing setup internally and through their billing vendor.
- Create and maintain an accounts receivable process and perform monthly follow-up accounts receivable totals.
- Execute accounts payable vendor setup process; update internal systems at the conclusion of processing
- Perform outbound communication to past due accounts through existing dunning processes.
- Serve as key liaison to internal Employee Benefits teammates and internal Accounting/Finance business units as it relates to invoicing and accounting functions.
What do you bring?
- Microsoft Office experience , complex MS Excel, MS Access
- Accounting software experience and management of a company's accounts ledget required.
