Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring an Accounting Assistant. You will handle various data processing duties to support the accounting team. If you enjoy working with numbers, solving puzzles, entering data, and checking things off your list we have an opportunity for you —compensation up to $21/hour.
What You'll Be Doing as an Accounting Assistant:
- Enter and code transactions with high attention to detail.
- Research and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate processing.
- Promptly and accurately enter data and archive supporting documents efficiently.
- Investigate and communicate with teams, customers, and vendors as needed.
What We're Looking for in an Accounting Assistant:
- Someone who enjoys solving puzzles and working with numbers.
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written communication.
- Software skills required, including the ability to type and use 10-key quickly and accurately.
- Willingness to learn and apply our hands-on training to accomplish tasks.
- 2-3 years of professional office experience (Preferred).
