Job Responsibilities:
As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success of our center. Working closely with the General Manager, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies
- Assisting in the management of all departments to ensure smooth operations
- Upholding high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Contributing to the recruitment, training, and motivation of a high-performing team
- Supporting financial goals through effective cost-control measures
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff and customers
- Assisting with vendor management and community relations
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the entertainment, hospitality, or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to achieving financial and operational targets
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with industry-specific software
