**Only submit candidates already residing local to Bay Area/work location. Assignment will be remote but the manager may want to meet at Oakland GO as needed. *** laptop to be provided. If any additional equipment is needed(monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.)it is to be provided by respective supplier. With manager prior approval candidate can expense pre-determined amount for cell and internet to be reimbursed.
TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR: (1) Prior experiences as a Sr. Accounting Analyst and/ or Sr. Business Analyst (2) Proficiency in MS tools (excel) (3) Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Main area of responsibilities: SOX testing. This includes: • Coordinate and follow up on audit deliverables among the various accounting teams to ensure completion of testing within the due dates. • Monitor progress against the due dates and provide periodic status reports; • Anticipate concerns and questions, and provide timely recommendations for solutions, including escalating issues in a timely manner. • Provide suggestions and execute improvement for controls and tests.
SOX testing Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance • 3 years experience as a Sr. Accounting and/ or Sr. Business Analyst. Desired Qualifications: • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Knowledge of SAP •
