Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data - Maintain general ledger accounts and perform account reconciliations - Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts - Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations - Provide support during audits and assist in the implementation of audit recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting - Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on accounting principles and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - CPA certification preferred - Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills: - Bank reconciliation - Financial management - Debits credits - General ledger accounting - Balance sheet reconciliation - Account reconciliation We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
