We are looking for a sharp Accountant to join our team. We offer a stable working environment with great benefits! This position provides accounting support to the VP of Finance with duties including preparing accounting reports, journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, month/year end close, and more.
Responsibilities:
* Month End Close - process month end closing, process journal entries, maintain reports, update account reconciliation schedule, review and understand variance between actual and budget
* Audit and Budgeting - assist with annual budgets, support inventory counts, prepare reports for reviews and audits
* Reports and Projects - Assist with balance sheet, income statement, fixed assets, cash forecast, financial reports, variance analysis, tax audits/returns, and other special projects
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in full cycle accounting
* Degree in Accounting or related field
* Bilingual in Mandarin required
* Strong knowledge of GAAP, month end closing, account reconciliations, and analytical skills
* Experience with ERP systems preferred
