Accountant

*Will be responsible for carrying out all accounting.
*Prepare preliminary financial statements to be discussed with Director
Executive and proceed to make the corresponding adjustments.
*Prepare fiscal and evaluative reports required in fund allocation contracts.
*Prepare monthly and quarterly returns for the Department of Treasury, Department of Labor and IRS.
*Preparation of payrolls, disbursement sheets and issuing all payments after being approved by the Executive Director.
*Prepare monthly invoices for services provided to different agencies for reimbursement or disbursement of allocated funds.
*Maintain a control sheet of all payments made.
*Keep a record of all the procedures and processes carried out each month.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,500.00 - $3,400.00 per month
