Qualifications
The Supervisor,Business Strategy is a diversified role tasked with driving ideation of business partnerships within OMG’s dedicated managed service product, Creo. The core responsibility of the role is leading and assisting in the strategic development of client/agency influencer campaigns, including proactive and reactive thematic ideation, creator recommendations and Creo team services within proposed plans. The role will serve all OMG agencies across the organization, working in symphony with client paid social teams to execute paid amplification of Creator campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Ideation:
- Serve as a thought leader to both internal and external clients, architecting scalable strategies they individually and through the client business leads and Creo leadership
- Responsible for proposal ideation and creation for both net-new and existing client relationships
- Strong passion and knowledge of the creator economy and social media marketing trends
- Leverage OMG Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery, talent vetting and ongoing iteration of performance benchmarks
- Ability to think and program across a variety of platforms, channels, and audiences – with digital and data at the core of delivering business results
Practice Excellence:
- Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business
- Present key trends and best in class examples internally to Creo team and Business Leads
- Work in partnership with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including but not limited to asset development, commerce, and performance guarantees
Required Skills:
- In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing including current best practices, trends and social platform changes
- Strong relationships within the Influencer community
- High throughput with a bias towards action and an ability to anticipate client needs
- Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points-of-view
- Highly analytical and creative mind in strong communication skills
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience within Influencer and media environments
- Hands on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to Influencer campaigns for Fortune-500 companies
- Experience working on client business in a variety of industries
Responsibilities
Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
