As an AccountSupervisor, you are the business expert and day-to-day client relationship lead on the business. You are accountable to run the business and be the primary engagement lead with mid and senior level clients and agency partners. The Account Supervisor works with internal teams across Javelin to develop, craft and refine briefs and program initiatives to achieve client goals, ensuring the agency delivers operational excellence while driving innovative thinking and creative solutions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and collaborate across integrated agency team to deliver CRM campaigns
- Become a trusted partner to clients, and agency partners, providing business and CRM expertise
- Shifts work up from the project level to business level needs and objectives, understands how to translate goals into measurable KPIs
- Work with PM's to manage team and business efficiency
- Partners and contributes to strategy, analysis and planning
- Influence the efficiency and quality of work and advocate for the agency/client relationship
- Exhibits enthusiasm for clients' business and industry; maintains leading edge of knowledge of clients' business and industry
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; graduate degree is a plus
- 4-6 plus years of experience, which includes agency or client-side marketing experience
- Experience with CRM & direct marketing
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with an integrated agency team
- Experience forming strong relationships with mid-level clients
- Excellent writing, presentation development and delivery skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Javelin's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, and are required to be in-office a minimum of three days per week.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $115,200.00. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate's depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based.
