Account Supervisor, CRM
About the Opportunity:
We're hiring! We are currently looking for an Account Supervisor, CRM to join our Data Driven Futures Team. This role will focus on building trusting relationships between clients and agency experts. The client services team ensures the successful delivery of projects while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
This role will focus on managing client relationships and project deliverables to assure Iris is providing the highest level of service to our clients. Building and managing relationships with external client stakeholders are essential for success and critical to the ongoing success of our growing agency.
The Account Supervisor will work closely with our experienced campaign management team to lead efforts towards helping our clients achieve their business objectives. This is an on-site client-facing role responsible for coordinating all aspects of client interaction and seeking out opportunities to provide additional value through enhanced services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You will support one of our leading retained relationship clients.
  • Serve as the key client contact, ensuring delivery meets the scope of each project, coordinating work efforts and communications all campaign execution.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities to improve the agency beyond your day-to-day responsibilities. Be energetic about what you do, take pride in your work and be the one bringing new ideas to the team every week.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for our clients and agency partners
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, viewed as a strategic advisor.
  • Representing the client internally; echoing client goals and business objectives in all deliverables and communication
  • Developing effective data driven marketing solutions to help the client achieve their business objectives.
  • Managing client expectations with respect to scope of work and campaign status
  • Scheduling regular and ad hoc meetings/calls with clients
  • Communicating account successes and issues/challenges in a timely manner both internally and externally
  • Build and maintain trusting client relationships - be an integral part of the project delivery team and transform internal & external challenges into opportunities for growth.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • More than 5 years' work experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a highly professional manner.
  • Knowledge and skill with Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce marketing Cloud or a similar omnichannel marketing platform
  • Experience and knowledge with end-to-end campaign management process
  • Working knowledge of CRM communication best practices
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple clients and manage complex projects in a deadline-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail and willingness to work outside the role as needed.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple groups, both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree (required)
