Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interact directly with clients and City Managers to build positive relationships, through various communication channels
• Analysis of incoming orders and revisions received electronically
• Detailed data entry
• Follow-up with clients for additional information on their needs
• General administrative tasks (i.e., filing, directing phone calls, email correspondence)
• Communicate order information to internal and external teams
• Audit City Manager draft invoices
• Finalize the invoice.
• Ensure invoice is sent out accordingly

• Microsoft Outlook
• General computer skills
• Internet research

PREFERRED SKILLS

Microsoft Office Suite: the majority of responsibilities will be done in Outlook and Dynamics, in addition to Word and Excel. General computer skills, such as email correspondence and the ability to navigate online.
