Growing bank looking for an individual with strong account documentation experience. Qualified individuals will have over 5 years of account documentation review experience and be well versed in all consumer and business account documentation requirements. Customer Service Representative experience and compliance experience are preferred.
Individuals must be detail oriented and able to communicate effectively with bank staff. This position will report directly to the Account Services Manager.
Job Description- Direct report to Account Services Manager or Cashier
- Tier 2 Support for Frontline/CSR
- FCM Scanning – Make sure it is done daily and correctly
- Making sure all TISA’s are up to date and correct
- Simplicity updates/Data Set creations
- FIS updates for DO/XE
- New product creation in XE
- Maintenance Logs
- Interest Adjustments – CD/DDA/SAV/IRA
- Indexing
- New Account Review and writing TEs
- Assisting with exam request lists as necessary
- Process any dormant account requests
- Process death files
- Produce board reports as necessary
