You will oversee Front of House operations, develop a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable leadership and people development skills, while being part of a positive and people-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Front of House operations
• Develop a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders
• Lead team members in various operational systems, with excellence
• Support the hiring process and conduct interviews
• Create and implement systems for innovation and high-performance teams
• Provide daily goal-setting and performance feedback to team members
