Account Representative Outside Sales & Customer Support

Base Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000/year depending on experience.

What does the role look like:

You will be rolling out a new ceiling and wall cleaning service to prospective clients by door knocking restaurants and industrial sites and doing on site demonstrations to show the value we can add.  This service has a powerful demonstration that leads to strong close rates if you're able to get to the demo.  You will also be able to offer additional floor care and cleaning services.

Additionally, you'll have a book of business of high value recurring cleaning clients you'll provide ongoing support.

What does a successful candidate look like:

• Finds solutions to prospective client struggles and utilizes relationship driven sales techniques
• Actively prospects through door knocking and demonstrations to grow sales pipeline
• Comfortable utilizing computer systems to build customized cleaning proposals
• Continually reaches and exceeds sales targets
• Utilizes strong teamwork to transition sold clients through the onboarding phase
• Able to quickly resolve client issues 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Outside Sales/consultive sales
• Previous experience in customer service
• Knowledge of janitorial services a plus but not required
• Self starter mentality and strong organizational skills
