We're currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This key role involves managing our clients' portfolios, coordinating with various teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled, and collaborating on strategic plans for business development. The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for all client matters, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our services as per our client needs.Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare and deliver forecasts to customers and internal teams
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Desired Qualifications:
- Successful track record as an Account Manager, particularly in the energy sector
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
