Preparing for 2024, MES is gearing up for a dynamic acceleration — expanding our product line, testing service, and customer support initiatives. We need a great Account Manager to join us as a cornerstone of customer engagement, tasked with cultivating and expanding relationships with key accounts, and establishing new ones. Your expertise will guide the strategic development of these partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of MES’s clinical analyzers and related products, while delivering sales support, training, and customer service at every step of the customer experience.

Explore the Role of an MES Account Manager: Job Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities, working in tandem with the marketing team to drive growth and meet the company's strategic goals.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations, installation, training, and validation of SQA-Vision Semen Analyzer systems before and after the purchase, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate remote demonstrations, installation, education, and validation of SQA-iO Semen Analyzer systems through digital communication platforms such as Zoom or telephone after purchase.
- Attain proficiency in all MES products to provide high-level clinical training and support to laboratories, enhancing their accuracy and efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve sample handling, regulatory, and other clinical issues, providing expertise in the customer's existing methodologies to guarantee successful comparisons to SQA Semen Analyzers and other products.
- Craft and execute CRM analytics and strategies for comprehensive oversight of customer ordering patterns, service contract coverage, regulatory requirements, upgrades, new product offerings, and routine contact.
- Establish and nurture enduring, robust customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner for their ongoing needs serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of customers, supported by a team of MES professionals.
- Offer technical and clinical support in troubleshooting the MES product suite, ensuring effective problem resolution.
- Report on the status of Service Contract Coverage and Customer "Check-Ins" to management, providing updates on customer engagement and service quality.
Key Qualifications for an MES Account Manager:
- Availability for extensive travel (over 100 days annually), including international trips requiring a passport.
- Essential educational credentials include a bachelor’s degree, with a master’s preferred.
- Relevant professional background in healthcare-related sales and service, with a distinct advantage for experience in the fertility industry.
- Proficient in delivering persuasive sales and training presentations.
- Skilled in simplifying complex concepts for clarity and trust-building.
- Dedicated to ensuring customer comprehension of complicated medical devices.
- Proficient in digital communication, including email, Zoom, and phone sales and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SaaS and CRM tools such as Salesforce, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Slack, Loom, and Monday.com.
- Ability to perform well under stress.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a team.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent follow-up, planning and strategy development.
