Position Overview: As a General Farm Laborer at MP Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of farm operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and eager to be a part of the agricultural industry. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops following established procedures.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and maintaining farm equipment.
• Operate hand tools and small machinery for various farm activities.
• Participate in irrigation and watering activities as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the farm team to achieve daily and seasonal goals.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of agriculture practices is a plus but not required.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the farm location.
