Description
Do you have account management experience, and are you seeking a new job in Annapolis? HVAC Distributors, Inc. is looking for a full-time Account Manager, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including a company car with a gas card.
As an Account Manager, you will develop an annual Territory Plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager. This includes defining sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory.
Some of your primary responsibilities as Account Manager will include:

• Establishing new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts
• Growing sales volume with current accounts
• Maximizing share of customers' equipment spend
• Managing through completion of the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensuring achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training

To apply for this Account Manager role, you will need 5 years of account management experience and at least 3 years of sales experience selling to contractors preferred. You will also require the following:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a customer-facing role, perhaps as an accountant or Account Manager
• Experience in managing dealer conversions, pricing, dealer levels, services, and training

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Business or related
• Five years of sales experience selling to contractors.
