This is a great position for someone who is comfortable in a Customer Service position and enjoys working with people. Your role would include making use of our CRM (customer relationship management) platform to reach out to new prospects that have signed up for a demo or trial and have shown interest in our software platform. You'd be fostering a positive relationship with these leads and assisting them during the decision making process. Common interactions would include scheduling a demo, extending a trial, and just calling to check-in regarding status. You will receive training on the platform so that you are able to demonstrate it for potential clients via a screen share.

Interviews will be performed remotely via phone and/or screen share. EZGovOpps is an essential business per Maryland guidelines. Most of our staff is working remotely, however this position will require in-person training while maintaining safe distance requirements.
