As an Account Manager at Puridy Financial you will play a crucial role in managing financial profiles, fostering relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for hitting monthly sales targets through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand clients financial objectives and provide solutions that align with their needs
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support and ensuring satisfaction
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our Debt resolution program to clients
- Analyze and discuss financial statements, cash flow and other relevant financial data to make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client profiles, interactions and agreements in CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and compliant financial operations
- Manage a daily calendar of appointments
- Prepare accounts in calendar prior to appointments (checking for overlaps, DNQ, previously pitched)
- Upsell clients to add unforeseen debts into program (i.e spouse/unreported debt)
- Ability to combat objections with professional rebuttals
- Client retention and NSF calls
- Client follow up via text, email and phone
- Schedule follow up appointments
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years sales experience
- Basic knowledge of finance
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
