Job Summary:
An Account Management Representative is responsible for making sure client and customer receive high quality services and their needs are being provided timely.
Duties include: Set-up new clients, monitor clients’ accounts closely, handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues and collaborate closely with other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
Primary Responsibilities:
Setting up new accounts
Communicate daily with clients to maintain, service, and manage all clients' needs.
Prepare monthly reports for clients and management
Building strong relationship with clients by providing high quality services and prompt communication.
Skills:
Computer and database management skills required.
Prompt and professional oral and written communication
Experience in account managing a plus.
College degree preferred
Great customer service experience
