Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for establishing enduring, profitable relationships with Tribal Nations, driving growth for Bulletproof, and selling security services. We seek individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, known for integrity and accountability, possessing direct sales experience and industry knowledge. A strong rapport with Tribal nations is vital for success in this role.
Primarily focused on selling Bulletproof's security services and solutions, this position demands independence, adeptness in identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
Job Details/Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Act as a sales hunter, demonstrating the ability to contribute positively to selling services shortly after onboarding.
- Experience in the casino gaming industry or Security Services is advantageous.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-specific matters.
- Cultivate and sustain strong customer relationships.
- Develop a trusted advisor status with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics, including account and territory planning.
- Identify and expand opportunities within the territory, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth.
- Forge productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals are met.
- Stay updated on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication.
- Understanding of the IT channel (Manufacturers, Distributors, Resellers, and End-users).
- Additional consideration for candidates with existing relationships within the IT channel and the lottery and gaming sector.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full sales cycle experience in the lottery and gaming industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner relationships, driving ongoing revenue results.
- Extensive experience in Strategy Development, Partnership Management, or Business Development.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic sales environment.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills for technical, contractual, and financial negotiations.
