Purpose of Role
Liaison between in-house agency team members and marketing partners, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver on marketing partners' needs while aligning with company goals and directives. This is a remote position with a hybrid option in Buena Park, CA.
Key Accountabilities Include
• Ensures clear communication to progress discover, strategy, kick-off, creative presentations, path to escalation, and meeting recaps
• Ensures project alignment - all info is present, clear, and actionable - resulting in on-time/on-budget delivery
• Ensures that Accounts are well informed of status of requests and work in progress
• Ensures the achievement of internal partner's goals
• Ensures a positive experience for our internal partners
Primary Responsibilities Include
• Develops intake process by reviewing Workfront requests
• Reviews creative briefs
• Prepares status and capacity updates to ensure alignment on requests/projects
• Develops best assignment and engagement for Project Management ownership
• Communicates and troubleshoots with PMO and in-house agency team members during active work delivery

Qualifications
Ideal
• Agency or internal account management experience
• Familiar with interpreting and utilizing a creative brief
• Proficient in MS Office Tools
Preferred
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in leading meetings
• Project management software experience
• Bachelor's Degree
Compensation:
- Up to $33.00/hr
