Prosecution Outreach Specialist
We're looking for an energetic, purpose-driven Prosecution Outreach Specialist for Guardify, which is helping the criminal justice ecosystem with digital evidence and discovery technology to accelerate justice and healing for survivors of crime. You will work towards sales of Guardify software to prospective customers in an effort to solve tough evidence management challenges in a high energy, startup environment with experienced industry leaders and with a highly collaborative team.
As Prosecution Outreach Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Outreach and will be responsible for customer acquisition and direct revenue growth via direct and indirect channels, account development and user adoption. In this role, you will be contributing to and executing sales strategies to grow lead generation and revenue growth, while campaigning for digital transformation to stakeholders within prosecution, law enforcement, and other investigative agencies. A key component of this role will be taking warm leads generated from SDRs and other channels, and nurturing those leads towards successful close. Cold outreach at times will be expected in the form of phone calls, emails and other means. A successful Prosecution Outreach Specialist is empathetic, competitive, customer-centric, motivated by results, and is passionate about sales and the solutions we provide.
Guardify is a sustainable social enterprise that got its start working with Child Advocacy Centers to protect sensitive child forensic interview evidence. Guardify is the premier cloud-based digital video evidence management solution (SaaS) to protect child survivors of abuse and neglect. Child Advocacy Centers using the solution reduce their operating cost per forensic interview by 90% and increase their case processing speed by 67%, enabling those centers to focus more time and money in prevention, education and related activities to maximize their social impact.
As we grow, we will expand into serving organizations that help survivors of human trafficking, domestic violence and eventually serving the needs related to the management of Digital Video Evidence by the more than 50 million cases that go through the US court system every year. Will utilize Hubspot CRM database with documented communication and effective data management to support company knowledge, refine sales playbooks, inform resource allocation decisions for maximum return on investment, and segmented marketing and communication strategies
Refine sales process and cycle from lead generation, to personalizing demonstration of value creation to prospective customers, to technical consultation, to contracting, invoicing, customer provisioning, and ensuring a smooth handoff to customer success team for onboarding and user engagement
Has the ability to communicate prospect interests and needs to internal stakeholders to improve workflow processes, product features, and total market opportunity

Your Ideal Background
Law degree or law enforcement background with a strong understanding of the criminal investigative and prosecution process; at least 2+ years of service in a legal field preferred, experience with a government agency a plus.
Detailed understanding of legal system and investigation complexities with ability to act with a sense of urgency to navigate customer, partner and user needs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels from C-Suite executive to administrative support staff with strong EQ
Team player who enjoys collaboration and is adaptable in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
