Redline Specialty Pharmacy provides home infusion, Specialty Infusion, enteral nutrition, compounding pharmacy services throughout Nebraska.
Role
Your role will be to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources so that more patients can experience our superior level of service and care. Your territory will range from Omaha to North Platte.
Activities & Responsibilities
- As an Account Executive with Redline Specialty Pharmacy, you will call on physicians, nurses, case managers, discharge planners and other healthcare professionals in hospitals, offices, and clinic settings to educate referral sources on compounded medications and facilitate patient discharge and coordinate patient care.
- Interact directly with patients in hospitals or clinics when applicable to provide details of our services and answer their questions.
- Develop and execute tactical plans to grow the infusion and compounding business. This will include maintenance of existing referral sources, prospecting, and cold calling on new potential referral sources.
- You will be held accountable for meeting a defined market infusion revenue budget by servicing and growing both existing business and gaining new market share.
- You will work with the owner(s) to grow the compounding and specialty infusion therapy business through accurate business projections, goals, specific strategies, and pertinent account information.
- Work closely with clinical pharmacy personnel to ensure the highest level of customer happiness with the goal of delivering the best service possible to patients receiving these critical therapies.
- Work closely with the Vital Care Sales training team to develop and use routing based on Trella Health data for defined territory.
- You will be expected to log sales calls in Trella Health CRM to track your work and sales strategies.
- Execute all target sales and marketing plans and strategies with appropriate attention to detail and timely follow-up. Be responsible for achieving targeted sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with all pharmaceutical counterparts and their respective therapeutic classes.
- Document and report activities to management weekly.
- This position may require some overnight stays.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficient
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, healthcare or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years field sales experience with documented sales results or a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Clean driving record
- Existing relationships with targeted accounts a plus
- Goal and results driven

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
