Role Description

• Client Consultation: Vet claims diligently and offer free consultations to potential clients. We want to provide value with each free consultation - even if we choose not to sign someone up. We want win-win deals.
• Site Inspections: Physically assess property damage at potential clients' locations as necessary.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling onsite presentations to potential clients.
• Utilize In-House Experts: Collaborate with our legal team, estimating team, and public adjusters to vet leads and understand how we can help.
• Contract Management: Draft and submit sales contracts to prospective clients.
• Client Success: Work alongside our public adjusters to devise the initial strategy for new claims and facilitate smooth handoffs to the operations team.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals.
• Professional Development: Engage in regular sales training, coaching, and self-enhancement sessions.
• CRM Management: Consistently update HubSpot, reflecting daily sales activities.
• Team Spirit: Deliver exemplary customer service, foster a constructive workplace atmosphere, and champion the values and culture of Allied.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in professional sales
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Insurance industry experience
• Property casualty claims experience is a plus
• Be coachable and committed to regular training and continuous learning, including coaching on sales phone calls and in-person sales presentations.
• Comfortable working with computers
• Have a clean driving record

Salary and Benefits

Pay: $81,077.00 - $157,000.00 per year
