Role Description
- Client Consultation: Vet claims diligently and offer free consultations to potential clients. We want to provide value with each free consultation - even if we choose not to sign someone up. We want win-win deals.
- Site Inspections: Physically assess property damage at potential clients' locations as necessary.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling onsite presentations to potential clients.
- Utilize In-House Experts: Collaborate with our legal team, estimating team, and public adjusters to vet leads and understand how we can help.
- Contract Management: Draft and submit sales contracts to prospective clients.
- Client Success: Work alongside our public adjusters to devise the initial strategy for new claims and facilitate smooth handoffs to the operations team.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales goals.
- Professional Development: Engage in regular sales training, coaching, and self-enhancement sessions.
- CRM Management: Consistently update HubSpot, reflecting daily sales activities.
- Team Spirit: Deliver exemplary customer service, foster a constructive workplace atmosphere, and champion the values and culture of Allied.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in professional sales
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Insurance industry experience
- Property casualty claims experience is a plus
- Be coachable and committed to regular training and continuous learning, including coaching on sales phone calls and in-person sales presentations.
- Comfortable working with computers
- Have a clean driving record
Salary and Benefits
