Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales/business development professional to join our team. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing business opportunities, establishing meaningful connections with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Valspec's service offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition and establish credibility as industry experts.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business prospects, leveraging both existing networks and strategic outreach efforts.
  • Forge strong relationships with key decision-makers across various levels of organizations, focusing on both capital and operational expenditure spheres.
  • Collaborate closely with our talent solutions team to identify client needs, present suitable candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
  • Provide guidance to clients throughout the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize existing client relationships to gather insights and drive expansion opportunities within our client base.
  • Actively participate in industry forums and events to stay abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably within the life sciences sector, with a track record of engaging mid-level to senior managers.
  • Prior experience in technical consulting, staff augmentation, or related professional services sales highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts and ideas effectively.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and a polished demeanor suitable for engaging sophisticated clients.
