Job Description
Account Directors have become versed in creating an environment that fosters growth across a number of dimensions: team growth, work that matters, and ultimately business growth with our clients. One is confident in starting, running, and growing client relationships. They excel in focus on a single client and in nurturing relationships while they start spreading their time across competing priorities.
What you'll do:
Client Impact
Has established trust-based relationships by demonstrating and proving trustworthiness over time to our clients- - seeks to become a trusted advisor
- Demonstrates success setting up the next phase/contract or selling in incremental scope
Journey and Experience
- Goes beyond influencing client relationships and perspectives on our performance to ensure we are solving the right problems
- Actively seeks to build new relationship within existing and new buying centers at the client that promote the perception of our partnership
- Experience starting new relationships and servicing/growing existing accounts
Engagement Models
- Services: Capable of managing 2-4 types of work with a level of autonomy or reach expert level in one
- Complexity: Experience managing 2-3 types of work with significant complexity (e.g. challenging industry, high-degree of innovation, Power of One, aggressive speed to market)
- Scale: Elevated leadership and responsibilities in driving $3-$5M in revenue of a single relationship or as part of a broader strategic account. Team sizes ranging from 30-50 people and key client stakeholders 8-15
Business Acumen
- Able to translate how our capabilities can translate into growth and/or objective achievement for our clients
- Incorporates "up-sell / cross-sell" components into client conversations
- Takes initiative in driving incremental organic growth that translates to positive outcomes
- Demonstration carrying out and completing when applicable components of the prior year account plan
- Success drafting proposal outlines and working with team to flush out story
Financial Acumen
- Able to lead the process and partner with the appropriate stakeholders to move through estimating and pricing activities
- Competent in revenue recognition methods, estimate to complete (ETC) , and estimate at complete (EAC)
- Comfortable presenting pricing information and fielding client feedback (e.g. Estimates, Change Orders, New Scopes)
- Manages pipeline updates in Salesforce 360 consistently
Terms & Agreements
- Serves as the lead communicator for a piece of new work within an existing client, facilitating conversations with internal and external parties to process agreements
- Responsible for drafting agreements in totality
- Repeated examples of successfully navigating agreement drafting to signing
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- CRM and Direct Marketing Experience highly preferred
- Experience in standing up new accounts
- Able to set goals for a project/track/workstream level while contributing/champion the overall vision for the client
- Fully self-directed and leads with a degree of expertise
- Builds and creates effective teams
- Demonstrated ability influencing the actions, behaviors, and/or decisions of others
- Ability to triage and navigate project/track level issues
- Acknowledged by the client as an owner/drive of a track of work

Compensation Range: $91,000 - $146,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
