Job DescriptionWhat We’re Looking For:
As an Account Director at HexaGroup, your goal is to build rapport with our clients and make sure they are thrilled to be working with us. You’ll juggle multiple clients and projects and be an amazing conductor – making sure everything is working together harmoniously and completed on time.
You must be self-motivated, show initiative, and not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and take care of business.
What You Will Do:

The responsibilities of this role include both project and account management. You’ll help HexaGroup and our clients succeed in two key areas:
Keep Our Content Creation Processes on Track
Keep our project management system, Hive, up-to-date with internal and external projects and make sure we are staying ahead of schedule.
Make sure our internal team and freelance writers meet their deadlines.
Hold our team accountable for keeping our promises to clients.
Join client meetings to document action items and keep all parties up to date on their next steps.
Build & Maintain Amazing Client Relationships
Be able to answer client questions or track down answers when you are unable to answer yourself.
Help keep our internal client communication processes up to date (and make improvements when you find better ways to do things!)
Proactively reach out to clients to make sure we are meeting expectations.
