About the role:

The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Client Services team in the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies and projects across the entire Listrak portfolio. This position partners with Account Managers to manage and ensure continuous delivery of multiple concurrent client program activities of varying scope. The Account Coordinator handles a variety of critical tasks that enable growth for our clients.

Account Coordinators are responsible for the following key areas:

  • Campaign requirement gathering and task coordination
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Internal project management
  • Engaging with client teams

This Coordinator role offers an outstanding opportunity to work with and learn from a best-in-class team. Our Client Services Team build strong client partnerships, leverage data, and know how to drive revenue through online marketing and e-commerce.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to always apply best practices for Client Services and customer experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an agency, e-commerce or digital marketing role preferred
