Account Manager & Data Operations Specialist
Location: Somerset, NJ (3 days a week) and Edison, NJ (2 days at client site)

Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager & Data Operations Specialist. This role combines client management with data operations expertise, providing a unique opportunity to oversee and support all client needs directly. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for all client communications and will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, processing billing cycles, generating reports, posting FTP files, conducting data analytics to identify trends, and assisting with various office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all client communications, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee the data entry process and ensure the integrity of data across all platforms.
- Process billing cycles bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Generate reports and post files to FTP sites as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and provide insights that can help guide business decisions.
- Assist with various office tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to printing labels and answering phones.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management and data operations or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Experience with billing processes and report generation.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Any knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with data analytics and trend analysis.
- Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
