The Service Technician tests, troubleshoots and repairs all aspects of our security systems including video systems at customer sites. The Service Technician interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and their services meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Installs, services, and repairs Kastle CCTV systems.
- Interfaces with customers to insure their complete confidence in the Kastle System.
- Verifies completed work is documented accurately and consults with manager to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintains companyowned vehicles, tools, equipment, and individual tool issue.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience Servicing CCTV systems including IP Video and Networking
- Knowledge of building codes pertaining to construction, fire, and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Aptitude in basic programming
- Thorough knowledge of both system installation and troubleshooting techniques
- Solid understanding of AC/DC theory
- Thorough knowledge of electronic testing equipment, hand, and power tools
- Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and carry out assigned tasks with limited supervision
- Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co-workers in a clear and professional manner
- Self-motivated and excellent attention to detail
