Participate in recruitment, interviewing and selection of potential residency candidates for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Advance residents’ knowledge and practice with a scholarly approach to evidence-based patient
care through case studies and quality improvement.
Work and teach in an interdisciplinary, interprofessional team-based model that will include Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Transitional Year residents, medical students, and possibly APPs.
Pursue faculty development designed to enhance skills at least annually.

Required:
- Meet comprehensive and professional standards
- Have a current, valid state of Virginia medical license or be eligible for one
- Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration
