Credential preferred: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or currently studying in an ABA or social work program
Experience: minimum one year working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and/or special needs
Hybrid position (home/office and client location)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, times vary based on caseload and client needs
Some travel required with mileage reimbursement program
Description:
This position identifies as the lead clinician for a caseload of clients and staff. Primary responsibilities include program training and ongoing support of 1:1 staff providing treatment services to clients in the home/community/school and to serve as the lead and support team member for all case needs in collaboration with the Director including program development, ensuring implementation of the client's treatment plan, and communicating all aspects of the case.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
