Program Manager- Home Choice Department

Total Home Care Solution's Home Choice department is looking for a full-time, highly motivated individual with DDs or related experience. The Program Manager will be someone who is a strong communicator and excited to build positive relationships with external stakeholders. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain and establish relationships with families and county representatives in order to expand Home Choice services.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Manage and maintain a caseload and ensure compliance according to THS and DODD policies
• Learn the advantages of the Home Choice program
• Continually train and guide end users within the scope of any Home Choice software
• Must be able to travel to numerous counties within Southwest Ohio for meetings and consultations (potential for a long-term hybrid work model)
• Act as a point of contact for County representatives, Individuals, and Families
• Prides themselves on being a positive and professional representative of the department
• Attentional to detail to ensure accurate execution of billing authorizations
• Comfortable working within multiple software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Work with individual and county representatives to identify opportunities Home Choice provides
• Able to complete and meet regularly scheduled deadlines
• Provide occasional emergency support via phone call or email communication on nights and weekends

Qualifications/Education:

• Supervisory Experience
• High School Diploma (required)
• Associate degree (preferred)
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High energy with a positive attitude
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
• Resourceful, self-directed individual who is a life-long learner
• Coachable and always looking to improve their professional skills
• Does not have any DODD disqualifying offences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
