We are in search of a Part-Time Receptionist to manage the front desk from 5 a.m. - 9 a.m. and every other Weekend.

Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• Greet visitors as they enter and exit the facility
• Answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages
• Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, employees, and vendors coming in and out of the facility
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
