Vector Solutions is seeking a Go to Market Programs Manager. You will work collaboratively with our GTM leadership, as well as sales and customer experience leaders, to play a critical role in the success of the revenue organization. You will build and take ownership of how we onboard and continuously up-level our revenue and customer facing team members, focusing on sales readiness, improving win rates, reducing sales cycle times, and ensuring we have a consistent and customer-centric way of articulating and demonstrating the value that Vector provides.
What You'll Do:

  • Determine sales enablement priorities with stakeholders and use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the team
  • Roll out and refine ongoing sales team onboarding and certification including welcoming new hires for a positive experience and fast ramp, onboarding and training to various systems, best practices trainings, and reinforcing our overall sales methodology "Selling Through Curiosity"
  • Build strong relationships with the sales team and gather ongoing feedback; analyze win/loss reasons and develop programming to improve
  • Create engaging programs that customer facing representatives find value in, delivered regularly in a way that is responsive to the organization's needs
  • Lead discrete projects to increase win rate and/or new sales; for example, orchestrating a thought leadership event and tracking the impact to increase long term pipeline; creating and implementing a playbook for certain types of leads should be worked by sales reps to increase effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing to facilitate the success of new go-to-market initiatives and content for effective use in customer interactions across sales and customer experience
  • Ensure customer-focused value language and Selling Through Curiosity principles are embedded in all sales enablement training and beyond (product marketing assets and training, etc.)
  • Develop, produce and support key sales events such as in-person or virtual kickoffs.
  • Track and report key sales enablement KPIs to stakeholders
  • Champion the next generation of sales and sales enablement at Vector including piloting new sales enablement technology and techniques

Requirements
  • You are a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization across all levels and functions
  • You are outcome oriented and able to rally a diverse team around a common goal with a tight timeline
  • You are interested in both strategy and execution (coming up with the plan and making it happen)
  • Creative problem-solver and clear, thoughtful communicator
  • You are adaptable and flexible amidst time pressure, frequent change and diverse personalities
  • You have experience in a sales, customer facing, GTM or sales enablement role

You can speak to your experience with:
  • Developing and delivering engaging virtual/in-person learning experiences for customer facing roles
  • Sales methodology, sales process and customer journey
  • Tracking and evaluating sales performance data
  • Enablement initiatives that have impacted KPIs such as ramp time, cycle time, conversion rates, win rates
  • Messaging value (vs. features) to customers
  • Writing scripts, talking points and concise PPT stories to be used in customer engagements
  • Fluency in sales technology and guiding others to use it effectively
  • Managing projects with cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav
