3rd Shift Molding Technician

- Monday – Thursday 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- 10hr shift/4 days
- Pay Rate $19.00 – 20.00 per hour
- Location: Garden Grove, CA
- Temporary to hire, based on performance
- Option to take free college courses and skills training
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing of billets and stock shapes for the Seals and Process Systems business units.
- Operation of molding presses, and support equipment and maintaining our high safety standards.
- Produce quality parts according to the production schedule as a compression/hot Molding Technician.
- Process hot/compress molded material per the work order instructions.
- Contribute to the 5s initiative. Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Able to use a tape measure, and tooling, ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. frequently during the shift.
- Forklift certified (preferred)
- Able to interpret router per work order instructions.
- Proficient in power tools usage (grinders and power tools).
- Duties include cleaning of tooling, weighing materials, operating the press, loading and unloading the oven.
- Works in a team environment, strong work ethic, and a self-starter. Must adhere to all quality and safety procedures.
