POSITION SUMMARY
The 3rd ShiftPacker & Prep is responsible for packaging bread and prepping other food items with attention to quality and efficiency as it relates to Colectivo and Troubadour’s Mission and Values.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Slice bread loaves and buns.
- Package bread into bags.
- Organize orders and pack bread accordingly.
- Pack other orders as needed.
- Prep smoothies and other general prep as needed.
- Operate and maintain production machinery safely.
- Work clean while following Food Safety Procedures.
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure food and personal safety.
- Works in accordance with all federal, state, and local safe production facility requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to communicate and follow directions
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
